I really want to express how much I was impressed by this dealership. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the product. Friendly and eager to answer any questions without the high pressure sales. They seemed to enjoy the interactions and are confident in there product. Also had some warranty work completed there as well. Customer service in the service dept. was exceptional. No problem to big or to small. All I kept hearing was no problem we'll take care of it and they did. I also had them winterize and service the boat. Very professional. Everything was put back correctly with no grease smears on the interior. If your a boat owner you will know what I am talking about. I am very happy with the purchase of my new boat and will be enjoying it for years. I will definitely be taking it back to have the service and maintenance done on the boat. Thanks!
I am writing this review to sing praises to John and the entire crew at North West Watersports.
I’m a marine dealer from Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. I had one of my clients travel down to Lake Chelan on holidays with his family where they planned to use their brand new boat. Unfortunately, the client ran into mechanical issues leaving him stranded on a long weekend with his boat being down.
I called everywhere within the Seattle area to determine who the local dealers referred their clients to in the Chelan area for service. Connecting with Northwest I was fortunate enough to speak with John and explain the situation. Without hesitation he mentioned he would be willing to travel to Chelan on his day off to assist my customer get back on the water…. I was blown away.
I have been in the marine industry for 12 years and never encountered the level of customer service John and his team offer. John was able to get my customer back up and running, ran the boat with the customer to ensure he was comfortable with the boat and it’s operation, and followed up post service call multiple times to ensure the boat was still operating correctly.
I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience, John saved my customers holiday. Northwest is the real deal, they truly understands the service first mentality and the importance of customer service.

Great inventory! Great staff, very thorough and helpful walking me through the inventory and features of the different brands and models. The wakeshop was packed full. We left with a new soul craft board. Maybe a new boat from these guys in the future. would highly recommend.
The crew at NW Water Sports made purchasing a new Tige seamless! I really appreciate their attentiveness to my family and willingness to take us on multiple demos and show us the differences between every model. We ultimately went with a 24 RZX to suit our needs, but having a chance to try out multiple boats was awesome and allows us to feel confident in our purchase. Thanks again for all your help!
